| D-7590 |
D-7590 is a highly compressible chemical resistant gasket material that is utilized as a filler material in Polytetrafluorethylene (PTFE) and metal jacketed gaskets. It is an economical material for use in PTFE gaskets and can be bonded to the facing with relative ease versus alternative materials. It is intended for applications where continuous operating temperatures do not exceed 260oC (500oF). |

Asbestos free, high density, high performance, third generation nitrile bonded gasket material that is reinforced with aramid fiber. Displays excellent compressibility/conformability coupled with high recovery. These desirable characteristics, plus low creep relaxation at both 100oC (212oF) and 205oC (401oF)result in higher torque retention. Where sealability is critical. At 3000 external pressure/30 internal psi, the nitrogen sealability is equal to or less than 0.25 ml/hr. Similarly, at 500 external/ 15 internal psi, Fuel A sealability is equal to or less than 0.5 ml/hr. Use in sealing refrigerants, oils, fuels, water, and steam. Designed for applications with intermittent operating temperatures up to 290oC (550oF). |

| HS-7801 |
HS-7801 is a high density, high performance Styrene-Butadiene Rubber gasket material that is used in applications where controlled swelling in oils, and fuels is desirable. This advanced composition oFfers outstanding resistance to numerous fluids and is primarily used to seal oils & fuels where uneven flange surfaces exist. The HS-7801 gasket material also oFfers exceptional crush/extrusion resistance with desirable cuttability results. The HS-7801 is a popular grade for light, intermediate and heavy-duty sealing applications where intermittent operating temperatures do not exceed 290oC (550oF). The material is available in numerous sheet sizes and thicknesses. |
