Yardage Material Terms & Conditions
Minimum Order: $200.00 to be shipped at one time to one destination.
Quantity Discount: Discount of 2% for orders of 1000 lineal yards or more, ordered at one time for shipment at one time to one destination.
Terms: 1% 20 days, Net 30. Terms of sale are administered from the invoice date, which is the shipment date. Cash discount applies only on the value of the material.

Returns: With return authorization number only. 30% restocking charge for standard materials returned that have been purchased within the last six months.
Test Reports: $200.00 for tests outside standard procedures.
Material Certification: Compliance to published specification provided with each shipment.
Custom Converting Charges
Slitting Charges: Materials slit to order are subject to fixed charges per yard
Minimum coil width: 3"
Slit width tolerance: +1/8"/-0
Pricing based on # of coils per lineal yard
2 - 7 $0.28
8 or more $0.36
Sheeting Charges: Materials sheeted to ordered are subject to a charge of $0.36 per yard.
Sheet lengths available: 9"- 48" (10 sheet minimum)
Anti-Stick Coating Charges: Add $0.35 per side for anti-stick coating on yard goods,$3.50 per sheet on Hydrofused products.
Cork/Rubber Products: $3.25 surcharge per sheet for less than full cartons.
